A one-off registration is required to use our “My Family Service” information and service portal. This is necessary to check your authorization to use our services and to provide you with exactly the services and information that pme Familienservice provides to you on behalf of your employer or insurer.

2.5 Who may receive data from me
In the context of processing, your data may be transmitted to:

2.6 How long will you store my data?We store your data for as long as we need it to achieve the purposes described under 2.1. However, there are statutory provisions (e.g. Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code) that require us to retain selected documents for six or ten years in certain cases. After the retention period has expired, we delete data that is no longer required.
3. web analysis, cookies and local storage
On this website, data is collected and stored for marketing and optimization purposes. This data can be used to create user profiles under a pseudonym. 6.5 Use of WhatsApp
We also offer you the option of submitting your inquiries via the WhatsApp chat service and receiving feedback on your request via WhatsApp. The operator of this service is WhatsApp, a subsidiary of Meta. When you communicate with us via WhatsApp, both we and WhatsApp receive your telephone number and the information that you have contacted our hotline.
The aforementioned data is also forwarded by WhatsApp to servers in the USA and processed by WhatsApp in accordance with the WhatsApp Privacy Policy, which also includes processing for its own purposes, such as improving the WhatsApp service.
We process your telephone number, your name and other data provided by you and the content of your request or message in order to process your request and answer any queries you may have.

6.7 Resilio chatbot communication system
When you use the chatbot provided on our website, your personal data will be processed by our service provider Resilience Digital Solutions GmbH to process inquiries, to further develop the application and to contact you.
The service provider processes your following personal data:

- Text entered and processed within the chat session
